Built by a print business owner who got frustrated
I'm Peter. I've run a print and graphic design business in London for 11 years. Every day, I deal with PDFs — compressing files for clients, merging print-ready documents, renaming hundreds of production files.
The tools available were either $240/year, required uploading client files to someone else's server, or just didn't do what I needed. So I built my own.

What's included in the free plan?
All 21 tools are available on the free plan with up to 5 operations per day. There are no feature restrictions and no watermarks on your output files. When you first download the app, you also get a 7-day trial with unlimited operations.
How does the 7-day trial work?
When you first open Paradise PDF, you get 7 days of unlimited access to all tools with no operation limits. After the trial ends, you can continue using the free tier (5 ops/day) or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited use.
Is my data private?
Completely. Paradise PDF runs 100% on your Mac. Your files are never uploaded to any server. All processing — including OCR and conversion — happens locally on your machine. We have no cloud infrastructure and never see your documents.
What macOS versions are supported?
Paradise PDF supports macOS 13 (Ventura) and later, including macOS 14 (Sonoma) and macOS 15 (Sequoia). It runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from free to any paid plan, or switch from monthly to annual at any time. If you purchase the lifetime plan, you never need to think about billing again. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. If Paradise PDF is not right for you, contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
Will new tools be added?
Yes, actively and regularly. We shipped OCR, PDF-to-Word, PDF-to-Excel, and Compression in our last two releases alone. Watermarking and PDF Forms are currently in development. Every new tool is included in all plans — free, subscriber, and lifetime.
Do I get new tools with my existing plan?
Absolutely. Every plan — including the free tier — gets access to new tools as they're released. If you have a lifetime licence, you get every tool we ever build.
